Old mutual not to be trusted

Old Mutaul is really messing things up.. I have a retirement policy I open with one of their brokers and then wanted them to decrease the amount for just 3 months, then they called a second broker and he said he will help me only to find out he closed the original policy for a new one, and the original one lapsed.. Now i had to start from scratch with them and revived the policy with the original broker, now she tell me she cannot see it on the system.

Do note the service old mutaul gives now is not the same as previous years, they do not care. You call to complain the call agents just transfer the call to another agent and bounce you around.. Never again.
