Old Mutual not Stick to contract agreements.

OLd Mutaul refusing to pay out Funeral policy. They are treating the Funeral Policy the same as Life Policy. They are not honouring the contract agreement of paying out within 24to 48 hours. I have proof that I was the only person communicating with them from the start of the policy, as Old Mutaul’s staff did not add a beneficiary from start of drawing up the funeral plan.
