Old Mutual Not Responding to Policy Closure
I have a life Retirement Savings Policy with Old Mutual since 05 May 2017 policy number ***6. I have relocated out of the country and i have sent them numerous email to cancel my policy and previously they said i should contact them once im out of South Africa, which i did they don't respond. But they continue to take premiums. Please i need my policy closed
