Old Mutual not responding to my requests.

I have been trying to get hold of Old Mutual (2+ years) regarding my investments with them, and till to date, with no success.

Can someone at Old Mutual tell me whats going on, cause I am now in a panic since I feel like my money just went down the drain.

Thank you for your kind response.

I would really appreciate it if i could at least even get a call or email regarding my portfolios at Old Mutual.

Kindly also shed some light as to how I can apply to get some funds or how the Two Pot system application works at Old Mutual.
