Old mutual not responding to my emails, some adviser are sending me from pillar to post

i invested funds with old mutual between 2013 or 2014 through the help of financial advisor I don't remember the name. I have tried everything to trace my funds but no where to be found all I being told is that were deposited in capitec BANK but I didn't receive this money , all I am requesting is the date, time, account number and amount transferred to capitec as I am failing to trace my money and I don't have enough information with the kind of investment this funds were invested too. I have lodge complaints many times with no lucky to get proper and satisfying response I ended writing to ombudsman and hello Peter to be attended as my case Sims as if it won't be resolved.
