Old Mutual Not Reliable. ***********

I’m very disappointed by Old Mutual, I used to think they were the best when it comes to efficiency and Reliability but No they proved me wrong, they are so ***********. I surrendered my Retirement Fund over a month ago and they still haven’t released the funds. I was told it will take 21 working days for the funds to be released to me but that never happened, i called them today again and to my Suprise I was told the matter will only be escalated today meaning I have to wait another month. The problem is that I really need the money, why they are keeping it, I don’t know. When they want you to give them business they will call you the entire day but when it’s time to deliver, they’ll send you from pillar to post. It is very unfair. To those who have never done any business with Old Mutual before, I would advice you research them before investing anything with them. I used to encourage people to actually give them a chance but never again. Ref Number : CEB***
