Old mutual not reliable at all (EMPTY PROMISES)

Hi my name is Thandeka Mokoena my Father passed away last year in 2021. He left us money from old mutual with my siblings we where also told about funeral money he didn't claim for my late grandmother they asked us to do a Late Estate account which we did it cost us about R500 or more if i can remember we waited after about 6 to 8 months they told us the money was claimed long time ago.

Now i claimed for my sister's funeral money on the 27th but still today they haven't paid they giving me the run around. We also in the dark regarding the Retirement money they say its with the investigaters the investigaters will call us but its too quiet my sister passed away with a broken heart.
