OLD Mutual not playing fair with MY MONEY!!!

In 2017 I took out an investment with Old Mutual. I invested R200 000.00. As circumstances have now changed I sent Old Mutual a request to cancel the investment as I have medical issues and have to pay for these in cash. Old Mutual said that i cannot cancel my policy and I want to know why this is so. This is NOT OLD MUTUALS money but my MONEY!!! I want this investment cancelled and my money paid over to me as soon as possible...Never have I heard that you cannot cancel an investment...they take advantage of people who are not highly educated and don't explain things properly. I am 59 years old and have no medical aid and this money could be used for my health purposes!!! My policy number is: ***6 I will seek legal help to assist me with this and report it to the if this matter is not sorted!!!! I Do not want to withdraw money...I WANT THIS POLICY CANCELLED!!!
