Old Mutual not paying back my excess

I have been in two accidents (May 2016 and August 2017). Both was not my fault and both times I claimed and my car was fixed. I was told I would get my excess paid back to me on both occasions but never received it. As you can see it has been a long time now. I hope somebody at Old Mutual can help me with this.
