Old Mutual not pay retirement annuities to pensioners

My mother has tried to claim her retirement annuity from Old Mutual through which she has had the policy with for years. She is 67 years of age and with the Queenstown branch staff giving her the run around with know clear indication of where the funds are .We are forced to believe the branch might of hand a hand in this.
