Old mutual not keeping to their word, ****mers, ******** debits.

I wrote to Old mutual regarding my policy which I was advised the policy was outstanding HOWEVER certain months were counted as payment holiday which they automatically placed on my account. I then proceeded to make the oustanding payment and requested for a reinstatement and clearly provided them with my debit order date which is aligned to my salary date. OM decided to cancel the payment holiday and back date all the payments, furthermore they debited my account on the 9th without my approval or request. I logged a complaint with them on the 22nd February and to date no one has given me a call back to advise what is happening. I further requested for a call back to review my policy and no one has called me back for this. OM is a ****. There is no customer service. I would honestly not recommend anyone to take a policy with Old mutual.
