Old mutual not hourning their promise -Unhappy client

I had an investment with old mutual and I cancelled it so in December I received some of the money which was R20k and they said I'll receive the rest on the 15th of Jan and when I called them they promised that it's going to reflect the following day but till today I haven't receive a cent from them. Old Mutual can I please have my money it's January we are all broke please pay my R78K I need it as in now.
