Old Mutual not honoring agreement

Old Mutual does not honor agreements set as per contract and deducts money prior to payday. This will now reflect badly on my credit report. Never ever have I had a debit order return. I phoned and after 21 min the lady with the bad service hung up on me and no callback even though se had all my details. No replies on emails, no help on the app or whatsapp. Zero stars
