Old Mutual Not Helping Me Take Over Policy

I am looking for a life insurance policy but will not be going with Old Mutual. I have been dealing with my father's deceased estate for over a year, in addition to other matters. All of this is exhausting. However, Old Mutual does not seem to be keen to help me take over a policy my father was paying for me as a beneficiary. They seem eager to take years of contributions he made on my behalf and just take them for themselves without letting me take them over. I tried to give Old Mutual an e-mail address I use regularly to contact me but I have no record of them contacting me there. I feel like Old Mutual is trying to unjustifiably take from both me and my deceased father. I hope they prove me wrong soon.
