Old Mutual not efficient

The reason I took out a Tax-Free Plan with Old Mutual was that it was stated that if I disinvest it would be paid out between 3 to 7 working days. I asked to withdraw money last week on the 10th and today my funds are not in. I have been to the Old Mutual branch in Forest Hill and they told me it would take approximately 15 days which I find unacceptable because it means in your advertising you are lying to the public by saying it takes about 7 working days. This is totally unacceptable.<br> <br> Please can someone get in contact with me regarding the slow service and lack of communication. I cannot run to an Old Mutual branch or contact them about 5 times in a space of a week. If you want to target Millennials, make sure that your services are efficient or rather hire people that are efficient.
