Old Mutual not complying to the rules and regulation of Retirement fund

I received a call from a tracing agent called GSE Enquiries looking for my son Joseph Johannes Barnard. I ask what is it about. They said it is for an unclaimed retirement fund. I do know that they have to look for people according to the rules as I was also in a committee of our Allan Gray Retirement Fund. I explained to this person that my son has immigrated to Australia about 14 years ago and that I have a Power of Attorney issued by the high court of Johannesburg that I must deal with all his businesses. They sent me a form to complete attached with many documents they wanted. It was sent to them on the 26th of July 2022. I have sending emails again and again and to this day they have never cone back to me neither my son. I added his email address on each and every e-mail sent. I dont trust Old Mutual. What did they do with that unpaid money??
