Old Mutual not abiding to the law and making payment

Where do I start, I have been trying to claim from the Old Mutual Superfund for 2 months now, countless email sent that is hardly acknowledged and long waits on the phone after attempting to reach them. Being shoved from pillar to post is the game Old Mutual is playing. My case has been in the legal department and they do not adhere to the law and refuse to speak to clients directly. A court interdict was supposed to be produced and that subsequently has not been produced within the legal time frame. However, Old Mutual is not adhering to the law and now is postponing payment and not delivering on their legal obligation.
