OLD MUTUAL NOT A GOOD INVESTMENT

Old mutual has once again. Proven totally unhelpful. I have a unclaimed pention fund of which I was informed by their tracing department. For my deceased wife. I have tried on numerous occasions to get this claim paid out. Eventually we find one of their representatives and he tells us to get a deceased bank account registered I'd docs death certificate and the letter of executors hip and e mail him all the docs. I then asked him to check on her shares and my shares and I want to emigrate to the UK and would like to settle up these matters. After about six attempts to get more response. Just no interest in even replying to us. I have reinvested my annuity retirement with them when my wife died but now want to take that to another company as these people have no interest in helping u unless u are investing with them. I have come to see just what inefficiency and lack of interest they have in the public that are invested with them. Please think carefully about investing with these people.
