Old mutual nonsense

I have an investment with old mutual and every month on the 15 of every month and today is the 15 and nothing from them not even any communication,,,,I'm not sure any more what this is coz it's one problem or another with them,,,,it makes me wonder if it's just the way they treat blacks coz I'm sure they don't treat whites like this,,I'm getting fed up with them
