OLD MUTUAL - NON RESPONSIVE, SO PATHETIC

I emailed OM on the morning of the 3rd of Dec. It's now late Thursday, 5 Dec. NO RESPONSE. Messaged via social media. Garbage automated responses. When you need people to do their jobs, they don't and then it's a surprise when the people handling complaints have to handle things. Unnecessary. Pathetic. If you have 'high mail volumes', hire more people but don't hire ***********, lazy people. If a company cannot respond to emails within a day then they are short-staffed. It seems that whole disgraceful incident with the corpse at your premises didn't phase you. That much is obvious. (mail sent to *** ). I WANT A RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL. NO CALLS. (***)
