Old Mutual non feedback and unavailability to answer calls and emails

Good day.

I am so sick and tired of this old mutual and their provident fund processes. No one answers their phones and emails. it is now 2 months since we last heard from the old mutual provident people who handles my fiance late mothers providend fund. People if i can tell you that old mutual does not care about the fact that people who is left behind to process this provident fund then i am understating it. If i can advise. Move your providend fund elsewhere
