Old mutual no service and dont care

Useless company i have been trying for a year to add my boy on my life insurance policy. For the last 4 week i tried to change some things on my life policy uswell as to take out a annuity till today my boy is still not on my funeral plan and old mutual said i cant take out a annuity of R500 its to much uswell as no help for trying to change something on my poilicy. I had complain twice already on there website spoke to 2 financial advisors and email them for help and still nothing.
