Old Mutual - no response for a simple document.

I have emailed branch@oldmutual, service@oldmutual, every other email address I could find. I cannot access my portfolio as my contact number changed and all I need is my 2020 tax certificate. Instead the send me someone else's tax certificate. Can someone please tell me what do you have to do to get 1 tax certificate besides calling, emailing, using their whatsapp line and messaging.
