Old mutual no reply poor service

No words to descrine how pathetic old mutual is, it has been a month now of calling and emails and no amswers about my fathers death policy, if you call no amswer, if you go in to opd mutual im vaal mall no answers. We are very disappointed. My mother is struggling with everything and you camt even reply, very bad wil never get a policy with old mutual!!!!
