Old Mutual - No Customer Service

Old Mutual’s website no longer operates on the system I am using. On their website you can request someone to call you … I have done this twice, and I am still waiting for someone to contact me. I then tried calling their customer service line on ***, and after waiting literally 20 minutes, someone by the name of Oracle (spelling), answered. I told him my plight, and he said I would have to phone another number. I requested a reference number for the call, and no sooner had I asked for a number, he put the phone down on me. I then tried calling the Head Office on ***, and when this number is answered, it cuts you off. So Mr Iain Williamson, how is a client supposed to get any assistance from your company?
