OLD MUTUAL NEWCASTLE

My mother who is a pensioner went to OLD MUTULAL Newcastle early in the morning and set there fore more than 4 hours because all the consultant told her she does not appear on their system. She's been a loyal client to them for more than 20 years and this shows even if she dies we won't get any assistant from them. The lady by the name of Thembeka Mncube gave my mother her cell phone number and when I called her she was rude told me she was busy and hang up. All I need from them is to assist my mother who is wary and old.
