Old Mutual never paid my Aunt's Life Cover and they are deducting money for it.
My Aunt had a Life Cover with Old Mutual and I was a beneficiary, when she passed away on the 29 July 25 they refused to pay and they told me that her Medical information was not submitted. They are still deducting premiums for my Aunt because I was the one paying it.
