Old Mutual never cares about their clients

Good day

Im Scelo Pius Jama I have a worse experience with Old Mutual Durban Branch on Smith Street ,its over three months now,trying to do a claim for my late Mom,i have asked to submit all necessary documents to process the claim of which i did,unfortunately till today no cent was deposited on my bank account,no feedback from them,but i have been calling non stop,they all promise to send my query to the manager for immediate paymnet but all that is proven to be a lie

Old Mutual they dont take their clients serious,imagine if this money was to bury my parents,its pathethic to deal with so i dont care people like this company

Im so disappointed
