Old Mutual, needs to restructure
Disgusted!!!!!
Cancelled a policy the 17th December 2023. Every month since then it cost me to call and log a refund for a policy which should have been cancelled.
I would not recommend any of their services at all, the customer service is as ****ty.
I refuse to do business here, in the process of moving my other contract to another bureau
