Old Mutual must fall

Honestly Old Mutual doesn't deserve to exist let alone to receive a single star. Completely useless in assisting clients and loves wasting time. To explain, my grandfather passed 16 years ago and til date we have been fighting to get his policy or even information that will assist us. You're telling me that this "reputable" company isn't up to ****. Directed to the wrong department then redirected to another incorrect department. Wasting my time for again 16 consecutive years. Always new documents, always new excuses, always a new way to waste time so that they can reinvest the policy money without authorization and without paying out the funds. A true disgrace that has been causing non stop stress for me and my family
