Old mutual must employ efficient staff

Old mutual is so pathetic that a simple change in deduction method is taking over two months to sort out. If my deductions dont go through, they will b too quick to cancel my policy. Even my broker is having difficulties dealing with them. There seems to b nobody efficient at head office, but they r quick to persuade u to take policies. What useless staff old mutual has. Disgusted with the service. Maybe i am a pensioner now and they have total disregard for the elderly.
