Old mutual must close and refund premiums

Have an old mutual green light policy for over 15 years and the premiums have increased dramatically while service dropped drastically. Rumours for months that green light range has discontinued I am trying for months to contact this u less company via telephone and sent over 50 emails. *** only acknowledges email for weeks yet no one calls me.
