Old mutual money card pathetic service
I opened this new money account with old mutual thinking it would be easy for myself and my little one to have her own card...what a waste of my money! They tell you its free when u open it, when u deposit money they take off R25 , the charge if you key in your card pin incorrectly. When you go to the branch to assist the advisors don't even know what to do! When you call the call center they make you wait for 10-15min and the line is not free. .I would not recommend this to anyone! The service is pathetic its been more than 2 weeks and I am still struggling to just het my daughter's card pin sorted!

I was called several times which I clearly stated I can inly be called after 17pm for e.g. 17:15pm so clearly when they call nobody will answer but strange enough nobody leaves messages if it was my company i had to leave a voice message to call and said who called and when...
what about an email can nobody go the extra mile to email? Isnt that the reason why companies take all these details.
its all good and well to write these nice emails on hello peter but it meant absolutely nothing because nobody cares about the client here its all about protecting the brand isnt it...
