OLD Mutual money account your money is not safe

Old Mutual money account is very bad if you buy something using their card... Money was taken from my account without me authorizing it the transaction. When I called the bank they said there is nothing they can do. What is the use of paying things online and the people you buy from just because they have your card details they can just come any time and take your money without your credit card authorization. When I call the bank responsible OLD MUTUAL money account they said there is nothing they can do. What is the must I do.
