Old Mutual Money Account Troubles

I had my salary in foreign currency payed into Old Mutual Money Account in December, but to-date I still have not received the money. I'm told they are unable to trace my money, that is just gross incompetence, all my colleagues received their salaries from their banks with no hussle, just not me. I am very unhappy with Old Mutual Money Account and I don't recommend that people subscribe to this product. After being sent back and forth, them asking for various documents but I still have not received my money. Totally unacceptable..
