Old Mutual money account = ******* and disaster
I received the worst service ever at old mutual in Randburg square. Firstly these ppl debited my account 3 times without my authority nd wen I went to enquire at the branch in Randburg square I was sent from piller to post by the laziest consultans Thuli ND Nokuzola who didn't assist me at all . I was also told that they cannot reverse my funds ND I don't understand y Becoz I never authorised the debit orders. I WNT MY MONEY GUYS, ND IM TAKING THIS FURTHER......

09 Jan 2019, 12:54The forms were sent back on Monday already, I didn't even receive a response to say the forms were received ND how long the process will take... I don't know how U guys do business, there is no TCF wat so ever.
