Old Mutual Money Account Sucks

Old Mutual (Money Account). I am unable to get a new card as my wallet was ****** with my card and ID in it. I went to the branch with a valid South African passport and was told that they cannot help me without my ID. Yet there is a finger biometric system in the bank that can verify who I am. This is the only bank in the country that will not assist you without an ID, but they have biometric systems in place. Now I cannot access MY banking application or MY money. WORST WORST WORST DECISION I EVER MADE WAS BANK WITH OLD MUTUAL MONEY ACCOUNT.
