Old mutual money account problems M

Im an Old mutual money account holder,i have been paid by the company I work for from Sweden,I always get the funds 2-3 days it's been 10 days since I got paid,I went to the branch in Protea glen twice and no one is giving me an answer as they also don't know what's going on,even after showing them proof of payment. I'm not even sure if I will ever get my payment Please help! The branch also called their head office but they said they don't know.
