Old Mutual Money Account - Poor tracing of forex payment

I have had a good experience with the Old Mutual money account but now I am struggling to receive USD funds I withdrew from Easy Equities.

I have sent all the necessary foregin exchange forms and documentation to Old Mutual and now I have been told that it has been forwarded the relevant department.

I have not received my funds nor have I received any update regarding the progress of the payment. It has been 8 business days since I made the withdrawal so either Easy Equities or Old Mutual Money Account have a serious delay in their processes. This is not a reasonable amount of time for a withdrawal.
