Old mutual money account not user friendly
I went to old mutual on Friday to do a debit order reversal and they said the money will be reversed in 2 days. It’s Tuesday today still it hasnt been reversed. I don’t understand why it should take so long. What kind of a bank is this. Why are they making it so hard for customers to have their debit orders reversed. I need that money. I am so frustrated right now. I have my own reasons why I want that debit order reversed
