Old mutual money account bank Bad service I have ever received the passed 3days

Saturday I deposited 2000 to another account I ask them to reverse that a mount . They told me today that it's will take 10working days .

I'm not well .but they cannot reverse the money .I won't wait 10working day . Another consultant advise that they will referred to another department other refused to transfer to the manager . If I was healthy I was going to go to the bank but I'm not well. Can a manager call me Or
