OLD MUTUAL MONEY ACCOUNT DEDUCTS MONEY AND OFFERS NO SERVICE.

good day all,

please note that i recently opened an old mutual money account and had money deposited into the account.

i went online to shop and pay my bills and when i entered the card number given to me on my bank card it declined on all shopping sites. when i called old mutual to explain and find out why is my card being declined on all sites they told me to screen shot the error and send it to them and they will see from there.

i still have not heard from anyone at old mutual regarding my online purchasing error up until today.

now on Saturday the 9th of November i purchased R10.00 vodacom airtime from the old mutual banking up and it deducted R10.00 but i did not receive a sms that i received airtime and there was no airtime loaded onto my cellphone number but old mutual deducted the money??????

please can someone explain to me what is going on as i am really getting ****ed off with old mutual services?
