Old mutual money account

I have an old mutual money account which is suspended with no reason on my side and it been 7 weeks i have been requesting my funds of R2500 from them which i funded and sent the proof of payment to them on the 2 of may 2019.

But since then old mutual been sending me documents to sigh, the same documents i have sighed over and over i don't know whether my signature is not visible to them or but hope whenever they decide to realise my funds they will also add interest for the stress and traumer they have put me thru. I have also requested old mutual to reverse the fund to the sender but they have not rep**** to my request or honour my request..
