Money account reversal (Debit Order)

I went to the branch in Green acers to reverse my debit order I have filled a form in and I was advised I'll be called to confirm that occurred last week and Thursday It's Monday today no communication or prior notice had been giving up to me I was told it take only 2days this isn't on why must I fight for my own money and get no reply
