Old mutual money account

<p>Money was refunded to my account on February 15. My refund has not reflected till today. I issued this bank with proof of refund from the company that refunded me and nothing has been done . It's been a month . They told me to wait 10 business days. They not giving me any feedback about this . The customer service is very poor. I don't trust this bank with my money anymore. I'm disappointed . </p>
