Old mutual missed payment ****

There is this annoying trend that Old Mutual is doing where they call us and tell us about missing premiums for last 2 to 3 years and threaten us that our policies will lapse. They have the app which tells me that my policies are up to date, when you go to the branch and check the policies are up to date, but i keep on getting the calls about missing premiums, i decided to pay 1st Feb 2024 and went to the branch to check again i was told everything is up to date, but to my surprise again i am again a call from Old mutual head office that i have another missing payments and there is no need for me to go to the branch as they do not have access to old mutual system. This is really annoying, Old mutual is starting to **** us now.
