Old mutual ****ming people to make sales

I Petrus Xaba have policies with old mutual under my name. Recently I went and checked with them and found out I have 9 policies with them and most are duplicates policies mean same people under more than one policies and if something where to happen they would only pay for one. Their sales person made me sign for duplicate policies thinking it's only one policy for her to make sales and when I got there they told me they will reverse the money for the duplicate policies on the 15th of may but till this date nothing happened, when I go to them they tell me my case is with head office and the forensics. Anyone please advise on what steps should I take to move forward with this matter.
