I put in a request for a withdrawal on the 17th of December 2020, and the commitment was payment will reflect in 7 days. On the 23rd of December i receive an email from Loshire Adams to send bank statement which i did on the same day. I followed up on this on the 4th of Jan 2021 because payment was not in. I requested for an email to confirm that payment will be actioned - i received same from Zandile Matlana to confirm payment in 3 days. I again followed up 7th Jan and after being on the call for 29mins with Felicia, i am told it will be processed today and another 3 days to wait. This is not on! I requested for the manager Bazil Meyer - apparently, he was unable to take my call! Howzat for lost time and lost investment!
