Old Mutual max investment delays

Hi my name is Amanda Thekiso, i had such a horrible experience with old mutual max investment. I have been going back and forth with the company on behalf of my late husbands claim, all corresponding documents have been submitted but the company has failed dismally in playing their part. The service i was rendered was poor, as i am still awaiting the claim (its been weeks now).
