Old Mutual Max Investment A***6

Good day, on 16 July 2024 I contacted Old Mutual for an IT3A and tax certificate for a Max Investment withdrawal made in 2023. They could not pick up the IT3A on their systems and referred to admin department. According to agent, such inquiry takes from 24 to 48 hours and to date no feedback has been received. I need the documentation as soon as possible. and no feedback from Old Mutual. With the enquiry, I asked for a reference number where it was said it was the policy number, date and time. A***6 July 16, 2023 @ 08:11, 10:33 and this now 10 working days later!!!!
